Step No.1

While doing the work of damp proofing, a layer of a

mixture of concrete and waterproofing agent like

C'retePro is applied on the foundation before

constructing a wall.

Step No.2

This layer should be 75 mm or 3 inches thick,

so that it does not allow the dampness to climb up.

Step No.3

The damp proofing course should always be away

from the level of the water splashing up from the

ground, therefore keep it about 30 cm above

the highestlevel of the ground.
