Prevention of thermal cracks

High concrete temperatures accelerate hydration causing thermal stresses and increases chances for shrinkage and thermal cracks. UltraTech ThermoCon+ reduces temperature difference between core and outer surface of concrete thereby reducing chances of cracks in your structural foundation

No rapid loss of workability of concrete

UltraTech’s ThermoCon+ dries up just like regular concrete with no rapid loss of workability in addition to avoiding thermal cracks due to temperature control.

Lower placement temperature of concrete

During placement, concrete temperature should range between 60° Fand 90°F unless approved by grout manufacturer. UltraTech’s ThermoCon+ maintains lower temperature of concrete placement than other concrete solutions.
